Gold Storage
Every item of gold accepted for storage is first received, weighed on calibrated equipment and independently assayed to confirm purity and fine weight — the same verification standard applied to gold entering our export process. Once verified, it is logged under a unique reference, sealed in tamper-evident, security packaging, and placed in our monitored, access-controlled vault with full chain-of-custody documentation issued to the client. Holdings remain fully insured for the duration of storage, with regular reconciliation against our custody register and a formal Safe Keeping Receipt available on request.
Diamond Storage
Diamonds submitted for storage undergo the same professional grading and verification applied to stones entering export — confirmation of carat weight, clarity, colour and authenticity against internationally recognised grading criteria. Each stone or parcel is individually catalogued, sealed in tamper-evident packaging and stored within our secure, access-controlled vault under continuous monitoring, with detailed custody records maintained for the full duration of the storage agreement and a formal Safe Keeping Receipt issued on request.
Testing & Storage Fees
Gold Testing Fee
Payable before gold is accepted into storage.
Diamond Testing Fee
Payable before diamonds are accepted into storage.
Testing fees are payable prior to acceptance into storage and cover independent verification of weight, purity and/or authenticity by qualified assayers and gemmologists.
Storage fees are calculated individually based on the quantity, value, storage duration and purpose of custody — safekeeping, export preparation, collateral, open storage or pawn.
