How Shipment Tracking Works
Booking Confirmed
Once your shipment is booked, you receive a unique tracking reference — your Air Waybill, Bill of Lading or consignment number — for the life of the shipment.
In Transit Updates
Your cargo status is updated as it moves through each milestone — collection, customs clearance, transit and out-for-delivery.
Delivery Confirmation
You are notified once your shipment reaches its final destination and is signed for, with proof of delivery available on request.
If you are unable to locate your shipment status online, please contact our customer service team directly with your tracking reference, Air Waybill (AWB) or Bill of Lading number, and we will provide an immediate, accurate update on the status and location of your cargo.
